A family run business founded in 1977 Cumberland Construction was established by its present Managing Director Mr Dave Park. Specialising in Retail and interior refurbishments, the company is highly respected in the industry and our client retention rate speaks for itself. We are still approved contractors for William Hill bookmakers who were in fact our first client in 1977.

Our reputation for quality has been achieved through our ability to manage and deliver a product in the efficient and cost effective way within the ever changing constraints of the retail & interior contractor industry, whilst always maintaining the service level factors critical to our clients and being sensitive and perceptive to their vision of the project.

The vast majority of our works carried out in live environments, which means we have to be sympathetic to the environment in which we are working and understand the needs our clients their staff and their customers.
